The natural seasoning of wood, thanks to weathering through rain, sun, fog, cold, guarantees a constant uniformity of colour, without having to intervene technically to give you what you most desire: the natural warmth and colour of wood.

The Kiln Drying

The Kiln Drying

After the proper aging, the rough lumber planks is placed in the kiln ovens and the timber is brought to 7%-8% humidity content to avoid mildew and unattractive stains and to give the timber maximum stability. At the end of this cycle the timber is stored in a acclimatized and controlled environment.

The complete manufacturing process is done totally in Italy. Thanks to the constant investments into modern technology and the vast experience of the MAZZONETTO team we are able to produce a final product that is of the highest standards in both precision and quality.

Our warehouse is far from normal: this is where literally thousands of metres of wood are stored, at controlled temperature and humidity to guarantee a perfect flooring, as if just laid.
